About the instructor:
Jeanne Adams is a teacher who has taught all levels of yoga—from Gentle Therapeutics to Chair to Vinyasa Flow— for over 30 years. She co-founded Inner Connections Yoga & Wellness, a yoga studio in Colorado, that she owned and operated for 20+ years with her husband. Jeanne teaches classes and trains teachers in the Art and Science of Yoga and is a presenter and educator, teaching asana, pranayama, meditation, and health and wellness. She is recognized by Yoga Alliance as an ERYT-500 and by the International Association of Yoga Therapists as a professional in Yoga Therapy.
