Narcissus 'Salome'
Narcissus 'Salome' is a Division 2 daffodil, meaning it is a large-cupped daffodil.
It is a bulb that typically flowers in the late winter or early spring. Once it has flowered and the leaves have died down to the ground, it no longer has an above ground presence until the following year. It grows to about a foot to a foot and a half tall. It is hardy in USDA Zones 4 - 8. It may be planted in full sun or part shade.
'Salome' is known for the apricot or coral color that develops on the maturing trumpet of the flower. However, the coloration is dependent upon the weather.
