Did not do well in the greenhouse, as it grew too quickly. It is better to direct sow (probably all Cleome, not just this cultivar) as it would be more reliable. It was also found that this did not respond well to cutting back, as the plants did not flush out well.

Recommendation: Do not start Cleome from plugs in the greenhouse, but instead if using Cleome, do so by direct sowing on site.
