Originally planted in a pot on the upper deck near POET24. After cottony cushion scale resulted in one of the four pots with roses being removed, the pots were unbalanced. Two of the pots were moved to flank the entrance from the BSC area, and the final pot (this pot), was removed, and the rose planted in POET02 to replace a 'Belinda's Dream' rose that did not survive.
